Questions
Do I need a computer?
No. StayXplus works on Android phones and in any browser. There is also a Windows app for the reception PC.
Is there a password?
No. Every person signs in with their own Gmail, and the owner decides what each person can do.
What happens after the free days?
Nothing is charged by itself. Pay for a year when you are ready; paying during the free days loses no free day. After the date there are 7 days’ grace.
Can I print bills?
Yes, on any printer and any paper size, or send them on WhatsApp.
Does it work in Bengali?
Yes. Each person chooses English or Bengali for themselves.
Is my hotel’s data safe?
Each hotel’s data is kept separate, and every change records who made it, from which device and when.
