Your account
Every person signs in with their own Gmail; there are no passwords. One Gmail is one user, signed in on one device at a time: signing in on another device signs the first one out.
The hotel’s owner adds staff by Gmail and decides what each of them can do. The owner is responsible for who is added.
The free trial
A new hotel gets the free days shown when it starts (15 days now). Everything works during them. Each Gmail and each mobile number gets one free trial. Nothing is charged by itself.
Plans and prices
A plan is for a year. Its price is the rooms plan for the rooms in Hotel setup (rooms under repair count) plus the users price for everyone who can sign in to the hotel, the owner too. Prices are before 18% GST and are shown on this website and in the app.
When Business Plus changes a price, it counts from each hotel’s next payment, and every hotel on that plan is told at once on WhatsApp and in the app. What a hotel already paid for never changes.
Paying
A plan is paid in advance: online through Razorpay (UPI, card or net banking), by UPI QR (Business Plus checks it with the bank), or in cash or by bank to Business Plus. Every payment gets a GST tax invoice from Business Plus.
Paying during the free days loses no free day: the plan starts after them. A renewal starts the day after the old date.
More rooms or more users
Adding rooms or people beyond what the plan covers needs the difference for the days left in the plan year, with GST, before they are added. Bookings never stop for this. During the free trial nothing is paid; the plan just follows the counts. Fewer rooms or people later give nothing back; the next year is the smaller price.
After the date
After a plan’s date there are 7 days’ grace in which everything works. Then StayXplus stops for that hotel: only Plan and payments opens until it is paid. Nothing is deleted, and paying opens everything again at once on every device.
Your hotel’s data
The data your hotel puts in StayXplus is your hotel’s. Each hotel’s data is kept apart from every other hotel’s, every change records who made it, and nothing is sold. The Privacy page says what is kept and why.
Fair use
Use StayXplus for running your hotel. Don’t try to reach another hotel’s data, overload the service or resell it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, owners are told in the app and on WhatsApp before the change applies. The date at the top of this page is the last change.
Law
These terms follow the laws of India.
